The O'dell supercell took on some of the most incredible textures I've ever seen as it rolled east to our location a few miles east of town. This was one of the only vertical images I made during the storm, and at 10mm the wide angle makes the storm look decivingly far away. You can see the various spiral bands almost stair stepping towards us, with the textured clouds at the top of this composition almost directly overhead.
