The O'dell, Nebraska churns just west of the town as it intensifies rapidly and is soon tornado warned. You can see all of the different bands and textures of clouds feeding moisture and warn air into the the storm. You can also see the different layers of the storm wrapped around as it rotates. A few minutes later the the storm took a southeasterly turn versus the northeast track it was taking here, and we had to go east and then south to avoid the baseball sized hail that was indicated on radar.
